About the Role

Higher Option is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Recruiting Coordinator for a dynamic remote team. You'll work closely with leadership, culture champions, and external platforms to ensure seamless hiring operations and meaningful acknowledgements of staff milestones.

Recruiting & Hiring Support

• Coordinate job postings across hiring platforms and internal channels; ensure job descriptions are up to date, centralized and easily accessible
• Manage applicant flow in the Breezy (ATS), including screening coordination and candidate communications
• Schedule interviews and serve as a primary point of contact for candidates
