HR & Recruiting Coordinator (Remote – Latin America)

About the Role

Higher Option is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented coordinator to support
full-cycle recruiting, HR administration, Payroll,
and employee experience initiatives for a dynamic remote team. You'll work closely with leadership, culture champions, and external platforms to ensure seamless hiring operations and meaningful acknowledgements of staff milestones.

Full-Time Position:
40 hours/week

Contract Type:
CONTRATO DE PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS (The employee is responsible for their own social security and pension payments)

Compensation:
$ per month depending on experience, autonomy, and client perception.
