About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter Assistant to support our fast-growing e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of talent across operations, Livehost, Multimedia Artist, BDM,BDS. You will play a key part in helping us scale quickly and efficiently while maintaining a strong company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, communities, and industry-specific platforms.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidate fit based on skillset, experience, and company culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and desired profiles.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline strength.
