HR Recruitment Executive

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Recruitment Executive to join our team. This role will primarily focus on recruitment while also handling general HR functions to support the overall people strategy of the organization.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding.
