Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & HR
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles
Conduct phone interviews and schedule assessments
Maintain recruitment pipelines & support weekly KPIs
Assist with onboarding, contract preparation & PDPA-compliant documentation
Support manpower planning for deployment projects
Business Development
Assist in identifying new clients, industries, and hiring opportunities
Support consultants in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
Attend client meetings (with senior team) to understand manpower needs
Help manage client inquiries and build strong working relationships
