Job Description
The HR Recruitment Manager oversees the HR function across the organization, maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. The Manager ensures that all HR related matters are managed in a confidential and professional manner in accordance with the requirements and labor law of the jurisdiction in which employees are deployed. As well, the Manager has a strategic role in assessing the needs of the company to ensure appropriate talent is acquired, managed and retained to ensure success of the global mission.
