HR & Recruitment Manager (Recruitment & HR Operations)

We are looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Manager with a strong background as an HR Generalist to lead end-to-end recruitment while managing core HR functions. This role requires someone who can build strong talent pipelines, manage full-cycle hiring, and support overall HR operations including employee relations, performance management, training & development, compliance, and HR administration.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and strategic, capable of improving HR processes, supporting leadership, and strengthening company culture while ensuring HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
