The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates aligned with the company's manpower requirements. The role involves sourcing and screening applicants, conducting interviews, assessing candidate competencies, and coordinating pre-employment and onboarding processes.
