Job Scope
- Screening resumes for potential candidates that fits the requirements and selection criteria
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Setting up and following up on the interview process
- Building rapport and establishing good relationship with potential candidates
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Ad-hoc administrative
Requirements
- people-oriented and can understand and appreciate other perspective
- Receptive and is also communicative of their suggestions/ideas
- Strong communication skills to speak with internal and external people
- You have an appreciation of social media and how it can be a tool to reach out to potential talents (social media i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
