Job Title: HR Recruitment Specialist

General Description:

The role is primarily responsible for outsourcing applicants and facilitate End-to End Process of Hiring and Selection.

Job Description:

Supports the development and implementation of HR Recruitment Initiatives.

Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, job posting and managing the end to end hiring process.

Create and implement effective end to end On Boarding and Off Boarding procedures.

Recommends training and development programs.

Assist in performance management processes.

Maintain employee records (attendance, 201 File etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

Perform other task that maybe assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month

• Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
