HR Recruitment Sr. Staff

• Responsible in sourcing of applicants based on the approved manpower request.
• Conducts initial interview to qualified candidates and objectively decides the result.
• Coordinates to all interviewers/supports for the interview schedule and target applicants.
• Responsible in coordination with the 3rd party/recruitment service provider for the support in sourcing.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• With at least 4 year experience in the same fields.
• Good communication skills, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
