QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Psychology, BS Human Resource, or any related course.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and candidates.
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
