HR Recruitment Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management or any related field.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.
• Familiarity with job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment databases.
• Basic understanding of labor laws, employment contracts, and HR policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment KPIs and deadlines.
• Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
