Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment (active & passive sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently
• Experience using Canva or similar graphic design and video editing tools
• Comfortable creating short-form video content for social media
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
