We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities: Handle complete recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Screen and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage offer roll-out and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment tracker and database
Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
1–4 years of recruitment experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines
