This senior role contributes to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems, with a strong focus on advanced People Analytics. It involves supporting and guiding data‑driven decision‑making across HR functions, enhancing operational efficiency, and developing insights that inform talent strategies. The position also acts as a reference point for analytical methodologies within the HR team.

2] RESPONSIBILITIES

·Manage, maintain, and enhance HR databases and internal systems, ensuring high levels of data accuracy, consistency, and governance.

·Create and improve dashboards and reports to monitor HR KPIs and metrics, providing more advanced analysis where needed.

·Lead or support the implementation of data visualization and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI.
