HR Senior Manager

**What You Will Do**



+ Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR and Senior HR Business Partners to drive key business results; provide guidance on HR matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions

+ Partner with business unit managers and directors to proactively implement business solutions, utilizing HR expertise and perspective; coach and support leadership on HR projects

+ Ensure team communicates effectively with managers in order to execute programs, policies, and procedures to drive an engaged and performing organizational culture

+ Implement and deliver solutions and interventions that address issues of retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriate

+ Drive change management initiatives aligned with business and site strategy

+ Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, compliance, and risk mitigation
