Team Performance: Foster engagement and maintain a safe and supportive working environment.
Quality of HR Support: Ensure high-quality advice and deliverables provided to employees, including labour contracts, organised by guidelines and policies.
Payroll & Financial Accuracy: Ensure accurate and timely salary payments and other money transfers relating to OCA’s obligations towards its employees.
Process & Information Flow: Safeguard the quality of processes for information flow to keep administration up to date, including the implementation of changes and HR programs.
Case Management: Ensure progress and high-quality resolution of cases regarding sick leave, insurance, pension, and complex employee inquiries.
