Overview

This position is based at our Luxembourg headquarters and requires regular office presence. The EIB, the European Union's bank, is seeking to recruit for its Human Resources Directorate (HR) – HR Business Partnering Division (HRBP) - HR Service Partner Unit (HRSP), at its headquarters in Luxembourg, HR Service Partners* .

Terms of Contract

• Until 31/12/2027 for the first position
• Until 31/12/2028 for the second position
• Panel interviews are anticipated for July/August 2026

Purpose

Provide operational and administrative support to HR Business Partnering activities in order to deliver an optimal HR service to managers and colleagues across the Bank, ensuring the right level of data confidentiality.
