Job Summary:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries within a client-facing BPO environment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve issues, support audits, and drive continuous improvement. Success in this role requires agility, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-country payroll scenarios with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities:- Execute monthly payroll cycles with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Reconcile payroll data across finance and HR systems to ensure consistency and audit readiness
