HR Shared Services

Role Overview

This role is to deliver comprehensive HR support. You will manage recruitment direct labors, employee shared service, compliance, and also handle centralized HR operations such as payroll, benefits administration, and HR data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee shared service and HR support.
• Implement and maintain recruitment, selection, and hiring processes of direct labors.
• Administer HR programs and serve as a resource for employees and leaders.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training initiatives.
• Manage and maintain HR data in the Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
• Process payroll, time and attendance, and benefits administration.
• Provide support for HR audits and reporting.
• Assist with global HR initiatives and process improvements.
