As Netflix continues to expand globally, we are committed to delivering exceptional HR services to our employees and stakeholders. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR Shared Services Specialist to join our Global Talent Operations Center in Manila.
In this global role, you will be the first point of contact for HR queries and support, ensuring seamless HR operations for employees across multiple regions. The HR Shared Services Specialist will be the main point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests through fulfillment, and will partner with our local and regional Talent teams to identify solutions and resolve employee issues in a timely fashion.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and accurate support across the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data by effectively managing HR systems and processes.
