About the role: 
Join Takeda as HR Site Lead for Lessines and shape the people agenda in a major transformation environment.
How you will contribute: 
Reporting to the Site Head, you will lead the HR agenda for our manufacturing site and act as a strategic partner to leaders to ensure transformation success and sustainable adoption. Key accountabilities include:
Partner closely with the Site Head to deliver the site people agenda: organization design, change execution, leadership alignment, and social dialogue. 
Act as a core member of the Site Leadership Team (SLT), providing pragmatic, business-focused HR counsel to senior leaders. 
Serve as a trusted advisor on performance, culture, and key people decisions, ensuring full alignment with policies, governance, and legal frameworks.
