Job Description

  1. Manage end-to-end Recruitment and Selection, ensuring job requirements are met and positions filled within agreed timeframes.
  2. Establish and oversee appraisal systems to measure and drive employee performance.
  3. Support business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital.
  4. Design, update, and maintain company policies, procedures, and organizational structure; ensure up-to-date job descriptions.
