A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Zone HR Solution Lead , you join an international Zone HR Excellence team based in Kuala Lumpur working across the SAPMENA Zone. You’ll be the HRIS‑driven connector between markets Success Factor HR key users, Zone stakeholders and Global teams, driving Solution Excellence and Process Excellence.

We are looking for a proactive HRIS‑savvy collaborator who can translate HR needs into reliable solutions and run operations with rigor.

Responsibilities

• Driving HRIS Operational Excellence: ensuring the smooth, efficient & compliant operation of our HRIS landscape where SAP SuccessFactors is one of the key pillars
• Monitoring HRIS related incidents, change requests and service requests raised by HR community across the Zone using ticketing solutions (such as ServiceNow…)
• Owning the end‑to‑end HR process design and configuration within the HRIS for the Zone
