Job Description
The HR Solutions Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for benefits, supporting the administration of the organization’s benefits plans and programs across North America and all 4 Business Areas. Ensures compliance with internal policies and applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).
The Benefits specialist is responsible for providing guidance on health insurance, retirement plans, and other compensation benefits. Provides expert guidance and support to employees regarding benefit offerings and administrative updates. Delivers end-to-end customer service to ensure accurate, timely transactions and high levels of employee satisfaction.
Your role in our team
- Work collaboratively with USA and Canada Plan administrators on benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, leave of absence, retirement plans, and other related plans.
