Job Summary:
As a member of a dynamic regional shared service team, this role is responsible for managing outsourced payroll operations, acting as system owner for vendor provided leave systems, and administering employee lifecycle, benefits, executive compensation, and global mobility activities that impact payroll, compliance and employee data in multiple countries, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and Guam.
The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant processing across, payroll, statutory reporting, leave, benefit, hire to retire, equity-related payments while driving strong vendor governance, data integrity, employee self-service, and continuous improvements.

Payroll & Leave Operations (Outsourced)
Manage end-to-end payroll processing via outsourced payroll vendor.
Prepare and submit accurate payroll inputs (overtime, allowances, deductions, etc.)
