Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• With experience in recruitment, employee documentation, and HR processes
• Knowledgeable in sourcing suppliers and purchasing procedures
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment and onboarding process
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Source suppliers and request quotations
• Process purchase orders and monitor deliveries
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
• Ensure cost efficiency and timely procurement
