HR Sourcing

The HR Assistant is responsible for the manpower recruitment of Suyen's restaurant brands - mainly Marugame Udon, Paul Cafe, Maisen, KOI The, Boat Noodle, St. Marc Cafe, and incoming new Asian restaurants and cafes.

Job Role

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process : from Sourcing to Onboarding process of candidates
• Deliver quality candidates - from hiring of line cooks, servers, to supervisors, and restaurant managers
• Able to use recruitment system properly and efficiently including reports and trackers necessary in evaluating and updating of data.

Job Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or its equivalent
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidate must have a customer-oriented personality
• With clear demonstration of teamwork, adaptability, initiative, analytical thinking, and problem solving capacity
