Job Description

                    Job :  We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients; a leading company in seed production based in Agadir, an English-speaking Human Resources Specialist.

Responsibilities:

 Manage the entire recruitment process: define needs, post job ads, conduct interviews, and select candidates.

 Ensure the onboarding of new employees and support their trial period.

 Administer personnel files: contracts, CNSS/retirement declarations, social benefits tracking, absences, and leaves.

 Ensure compliance with the Labor Code and internal policies and procedures.

 Participate in performance management and follow-up of annual evaluations.

 Identify training needs, propose development actions, and coordinate their implementation.

 Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and the implementation of cross-functional HR projects.
