Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process by ensuring new hires sign their employment contracts and facilitate contract renewals for employees with expiring agreements. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed promptly to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive employee records, organizing both paper files and electronic records. Ensure records are accurate, up-to-date, and stored securely to comply with organizational policies and legal requirements....
