HR Specialist Benefits and Compensation

ClinicMind is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Specialist who will be responsible for handling government remittances, tax compliance, and employee compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

BIR Compliance & Government Reporting

1. Prepare and file BIR returns including 1601-C, 2316, 0619-E/F, 2550M/Q, 1701/1702, and 1604-C/1604-E using eBIRForms and eFPS platforms.

2. Maintain updated and accurate tax records and schedules in compliance with BIR regulations.

3. Handle annual Alpha List preparation and submission, ensuring complete employee and vendor data.

4. Respond to BIR letters of authority (LOA), notices, and audits by compiling required documentation and coordinating responses.

5. Ensure withholding tax compliance for employees, suppliers, and contractors.
