Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Staffing:

2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding new employees.

3. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
4. Maintain and update a talent pool for future recruitment needs.

5. Employee Records & Documentation

6. Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

7. Ensure timely updates of personal and employment information.

8. Employee Relations:

9. Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases in line with due process and the company's code of conduct.

10. Prepare Notices to Explain (NTE), memos, and other HR correspondence.
