We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in Bogotá. This role is key to ensuring efficient HR administrative processes and delivering a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Mission
Provide end-to-end support for onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management, ensuring policy compliance, document accuracy, and timely resolution of internal and external requests.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish.
Maintain and update electronic employee files and HR documentation.
Respond to HR-related inquiries and resolve employee cases efficiently.
Partner with recruiters, HRBPs, and business leaders to ensure smooth HR operations.
Analyze administrative cases and escalate when necessary.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Services or HR Operations roles.
Advanced English (B2+ to C1, written and spoken).
