Mission

Provide end-to-end support for onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management, ensuring policy compliance, document accuracy, and timely resolution of internal and external requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish.
• Maintain and update electronic employee files and HR documentation.
• Respond to HR-related inquiries and resolve employee cases efficiently.
• Partner with recruiters, HRBPs, and business leaders to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Analyze administrative cases and escalate when necessary.
