HR Specialist

Job Summary:

HR Specialist manages the full hiring lifecycle, from crafting job ads and sourcing candidates (online/offline) to screening, interviewing, coordinating, and finalizing offers, ensuring qualified people are hired while maintaining a positive experience, handling paperwork, and sometimes assisting with onboarding. Acts as a bridge between talent and company needs, social media, and networking to build talent pipelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
