This role involves recruitment support, onboarding, HRIS data management, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee relations. The HR Specialist ensures that employees are supported, records are accurate, and the organization remains compliant with labor regulations.

• Screen resumes and assist recruiters in scheduling interviews.
