YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kick-start your HR career in analytics by supporting the collection, preparation, and maintenance of HR data, with a strong focus on the German market

Bring numbers to life by contributing to regular HR reports headcount, turnover, KPIs) and supporting deeper analyses, for example in areas such as compensation benchmarks or pay structures

Ensure data quality while collaborating closely with HR teams in Germany and Austria

Act as a go-to contact for HR data topics, supporting colleagues with analyses and ad hoc requests, such as market comparisons or diversity-related evaluations gender pay gap insights)

Drive continuous improvement by helping to standardize and further develop reporting processes and tools

Build your technical skillset by working with modern reporting solutions Excel, SAP HCM) and supporting dashboards and templates
