HR Specialist - Employee and Labor Relations

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Employee and Labor Relations Specialist to join our team and support the creation of a productive work environment that aligns with our organizational goals! In this role, you will be responsible for providing counseling services to employees, participating in recruitment and dismissal processes, and performing employee background checks. You will also communicate HR policies, collect and analyze employee data, and ensure compliance with the labor law and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Foster positive employee relations and employee support by:

• Conducting training such as, but not limited to, code of discipline, employee disciplinary action cases, and grievance mechanism.
• Communicating policies and memos about Human Resources, compensation, and benefits, etc.
