1. 负责招聘流程实施，含JD发布、简历筛选、邀约、面试、offer及入职跟进等；
2. 构建和维护有效的招聘渠道，确保人才来源的多样性和招聘活动的有效性；
3. 负责开展公司人才发展项目，包括实习生和管理培训生项目；
4.与团队成员紧密合作，确保招聘流程与公司文化相符；
5.完成上司安排的其他相关工作。
