**Position Description & Qualifications**

Serco is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Human Resources Specialist** to join our HR Shared Services team. This full-time, hourly role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative and engaged team, supporting employees and contributing to our award-winning workplace culture. This position reports to the Manager of HR Shared Services, and is based out of our **Herndon, VA** headquarters location, with the ability to **telework 1-2 days per week** as applicable per the Manager's discretion.
