HR Specialist

Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Kista office.

Contract Type: part-time (25 hours per week).

The Opportunity:

As an HR Specialist, you will support the HR function across Scandinavia, with a focus on Sweden and Norway. You’ll be involved across the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding and employee relations to payroll coordination – while partnering closely with managers as their go-to contact for all people-related matters.

In this role, you’ll be hands-on and close to the business, working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same. You’ll collaborate with external partners, contribute to improving how things are done, and help ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience across the region.
