HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
• Administer employee leaves, attendance, and timekeeping systems
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations
• Handle employee relations concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions, attend DOLE/NLRC SENAs
• Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Assist with payroll processing and employee compensation records
• Prepare HR reports, and documentation for management
• Promote a positive work culture and support employee engagement initiatives
