Job Description

The Distributor HR Specialist (DHRS) shall provide support to various HR functions that is required of the organization and its operations. He/ She shall serve as a link to the management and its employees in ensuring to direct towards the mission, vision, and objectives of the company.

Role and Responsibilities includes:

  1. Recruitment, Placement and Hiring

  2. Training

  3. Performance Management

  4. Recognition and Rewards

  5. Employee Engagement

  6. Other admin duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
