Job Description :

• Recruitment & Selection: Oversee the full recruitment process, including resume screening, assessments, interviews, and candidate recommendations. Develop and maintain talent pipelines and recruitment channels, liaising with external agencies. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and employment contracts.
• Training & Development: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and propose training programs aligned with business objectives. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, including HRDF-registered providers, to ensure effective training delivery. Implement a range of learning initiatives, such as in-house training, external programs, HRDF-claimable courses, and e-learning modules.
• Payroll: Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, and PCB. Respond to payroll-related inquiries and provide payroll r...
