HR Specialist

Job Description

The Human Resources Specialist leads direct labor recruitment to support staffing needs and provides daily guidance to two HR Administration Specialists overseeing employee data, payroll inputs, benefits support, file management, and other HR administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct labor recruitment activities and maintain control of the DL recruiting process to support operational hiring needs.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance to HR Administration Specialists and oversee HR administrative operations.
• Drive continuous improvement through kaizen and knowledge‑sharing initiatives across HR processes.
• Ensure adherence to HSE procedures and support related initiatives.
• Support HR documentation management and maintain accurate employee records.
• Run regular data audits and follow up with HR owners to ensure timely corrections.
