The Senior HR Specialist – Shared Services (NAM) is an individual contributor responsible for delivering high‑quality HR Shared Services support for employees in Mexico, with ongoing coordination and support for Canada and the United States.
This role serves as a regional HR operations and employee support control point, ensuring HR transactions, employee inquiries, and employment‑related matters are managed accurately, compliantly, and in alignment with global standards and local labor requirements across North America.
