HR Specialist

Cosmos Engineering is a leading company in the field of engineering and technology. We are looking for a HR Officer to join our team and learn from our experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the recruitment and selection process of new employees.
• Maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
• Handling employee queries and grievances.
• Coordinating training and development programs for employees.
• Performing other HR-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor and Management.
• Payroll working.

Requirements:

• B.COM/BBA/MBA degree or equivalent qualification in HR or related field.
• Fresh or some relevant experience in HR or administration, experience will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
