HR Specialist plays a key part in executing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality support to both corporate employees and operational teams. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee and contractor records, including driver-partner profiles and documents.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Assist with government reporting and audit preparation (DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
Employee Engagement & Support
Serve as a first point of contact for employee and department concerns or inquiries.
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and seminars related to HR Operations.
