HR Specialist

Role Summary:

The HR Specialist serves as the payroll checker, benefits controller, and lead for Philippine labor compliance and employee relations. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), clean due-process documentation, on-time DOLE reporting, and fair handling of employee relations cases in accordance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a

related field.

• At least 3 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to payroll checking,

government benefits, and labor compliance.

• Solid working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and due

process procedures.

• Experience handling SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG remittances and reconciliations.
